Shift Pattern: 12 days on, 2 days off - 07:00-15:30
Salary: £29,593.20
Must have own transport as this particular site is very remote without public transport links. The role involves manual handling, bending and working outside.
What are we looking for?
We are looking to recruit an energetic and passionate person to join the team on Hilltop Farm. This colleague would work closely with the Farm Manager and Assistant Farm Manager, supporting the running of the rearing farm whilst developing the skills and knowledge to be able to progress into a farm management role. The key aspects of this role would include:
- Ensuring the highest standards of bird welfare, stock husbandry, flock performance and management
- Ensuring site standards are maintained and environmental and ethical policies
- Ensuring the farm is audit ready at all times to comply with Noble and industry standards
