Shift Pattern: Rotating continental day shift pattern consisting of 12-hour day shifts across weekdays and weekends as part of a structured rota.
What are we looking for? We are looking to recruit energetic and passionate people to support the production team by receiving product into the factory; experience is not necessary as all training will be provided!
- Lead and supervise the shift team, setting clear expectations and driving performance and accountability
- Manage labour, attendance, and absence to ensure effective staffing and cost control
- Maintain site standards across H&S, quality, hygiene, and housekeeping, ensuring audit readiness
- Drive delivery of production targets, output, and service levels
- Support training and development of team members and promote a positive working culture
- Act as first point of escalation, resolving operational issues and ensuring effective shift handovers
