We're looking for a

Specification Technologist to join our Technical team.

If you have experience with food specifications, labelling legislation and compliance, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in bringing safe, high-quality products to market.

What you'll do

  • Create and maintain customer product specifications.
  • Ensure artwork and packaging comply with legal and customer requirements.
  • Review supplier documentation and support supplier approval processes.
  • Manage customer specification portals and meet key project deadlines.
  • Support product launches, HACCP activities and internal audits.
  • Keep technical information and nutritional data accurate and up to date.

  • Knowledge of food labelling legislation, allergens and packaging compliance.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
