Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off 18:00‑06:00

Salary: £16.39 p/h

What are we looking for? To support warehouse operations during the night shift by ensuring the accurate and efficient picking, handling, and movement of stock in a fast‑paced environment, while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
  • Loading and unloading vehicles in line with health and safety procedures
  • Preparing orders for dispatch and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Carrying out stock control tasks, including stock counts and checks
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
  • Following all warehouse procedures, safety rules, and company policies
  • Using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems where required
  • Reporting any stock discrepancies, damages, or issues to supervisors

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks

Knowledge Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Maths and English, including:
    • Counting, checking quantities, and basic calculations
    • Reading instructions, pick lists, and labels
    • Basic written and verbal communication
