What are we looking for?
- We are looking to recruit energetic and passionate people to support the production team by receiving product into the factory; experience is not necessary as all training will be provided!
- Lead and supervise the shift team, setting clear expectations and driving performance and accountability.
- Manage labour, attendance, and absence to ensure effective staffing and cost control.
- Maintain site standards across H&S, quality, hygiene, and housekeeping, ensuring audit readiness.
- Drive delivery of production targets, output, and service levels.
- Support training and development of team members and promote a positive working culture.
- Act as first point of escalation, resolving operational issues and ensuring effective shift handovers.
