Are you an organised, detail-driven PMO professional who thrives in fast-paced transformation environments? We’re looking for a Project Support Analyst to join our Digital Transformation team, supporting the successful delivery of key technology and business change initiatives across the organisation. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in keeping projects on track by driving governance, reporting, coordination, and stakeholder engagement across multiple programmes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting project governance, planning and reporting activities
- Maintaining RAID logs, project plans and documentation
- Producing KPI and status reports for stakeholders
- Coordinating project meetings and governance forums
- Supporting resource tracking and financial monitoring
- Working closely with Digital, Technology and business teams
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within a PSO/PMO environment
- Experience supporting technology or transformation programmes
- Strong skills in reporting, governance and project coordination
- Confidence using Microsoft Project, Excel, Power BI and Monday.com
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience
