Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 8:00-16:00

Salary: £17 p/h

Contract Type: Temporary role – 3 months FTC

Location: North Scarle: Hybrid Working, 3 days in the office

What are we looking for?

We are currently seeking a System and Data Analyst to join our Distribution team on a 3-month basis. This role is key to analysing historical data from an external equipment provider and comparing with internal systems to marry reporting and record accurate data. The individual will be required to report weekly to the Head of Logistics, and implement process and system enhancements to enable accurate data management and reporting moving forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and organise datasets
  • Analyse data trends and patterns
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualisations
  • Interpret results and present findings to senior management
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity
  • Work with databases and data management systems

About You:

  • Confident using IT systems and databases (experience with Navision is desirable)
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
  • Committed to health & safety, quality and compliance
  • Strong statistical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and SAP
  • Basic programming knowledge
  • Data visualisation and storytelling ability
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking

  • Experience working with large datasets
  • Knowledge of database systems and query languages
  • Understanding of data privacy and governance
  • Logistics or Distribution background desirable but not essential
