Key Accountabilities of the role – What I do
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Support business process mapping and improvement initiatives.
- Produce user stories, process models and functional specifications.
- Support testing, change management and implementation activities.
- Provide 1st & 2nd line support activities for Enterprise Applications
- Responsible for articulation and maintenance of process architecture
