We’re looking for a detail-focused Quality Auditor to join our Added Value team in Leicester. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, food safety, and compliance. You’ll work closely with operations and technical teams to maintain an audit-ready environment, support continuous improvement, and uphold customer and regulatory standards.

Shift Pattern: Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 - 18:00. Other shift patterns are available.

  • Carry out audits against QMS, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
  • Ensure all quality documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Conduct sampling and testing (microbiological, chemical, water, and swabbing).
  • Assist with customer complaint investigations.
  • Perform validation and verification checks on CCPs and food safety controls.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Knowledge or experience in food safety, HACCP, or auditing (preferred).
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.

Training & Development: You’ll be supported with training relevant to the role, which may include HACCP & Food Hygiene, Manual Handling, and working in confined spaces. You’ll be part of a collaborative team committed to maintaining high-quality standards and continuous improvement.
