Noble Foods is a family‑owned company that began in 1920 and includes successful milling, poultry, agriculture and consumer foods businesses. Within this, Noble Foods owns several successful brands, including the UK’s biggest free‑range egg brand the happy egg co., Big & Fresh and Purely Organic. Our Milling Business Unit is one of the largest animal feed compounders in the UK.

We are looking to recruit a Class 1 Driver to support our established, friendly team at our Belle Eau Park Mill in Bilsthorpe. The role involves ensuring animal feed is manufactured and delivered across the country. Shifts are 5 days on, 3 days off.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain Class 1 motor vehicle for feed delivery
  • Support manufacturing and distribution operations across the UK
  • Adhere to company safety and operational procedures
  • Maintain accurate delivery records

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary £40,162 per annum
  • Location Allowance £2,008 per annum
  • Unsociable hours premium £1 per hour (8pm‑6am)
  • Overtime on additional days payable at 1.5 of basic rate
  • Enhanced pay for Christmas Day and New Year’s Day
  • Additional celebration day after 1 year of service (birthday)
