What are we looking for?
We are currently recruiting a Class 1 HGV Driver to join our team on a day/night shift 4 on / 4 off rota. This is a hands-on driving role involving collections from farm sites and deliveries to our packing centres. We offer steady work, a predictable rota, and guaranteed contractual hours every month.
About the Role
- Collecting goods directly from farms so must be prepared to self-load and unload yourself with Electric pallet truck.
- Some manual handling required.
- Drivers must be comfortable self-loading and unloading using an electronic pallet truck.
- Ensuring safe, professional driving and compliance at all times.
- This is a practical, active driving role — ideal for someone who prefers variety and doesn’t mind getting involved beyond just driving from A to B.
What we are looking for
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) license.
- Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Physically able and willing to carry out manual handling.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
- Previous farm or hands-on work experience beneficial but not essential.
