Our Milling Business Unit is one of the largest animal feedcompounders in the UK.
What are we looking for?
We are looking to recruit a Mill Technician to support our established, friendly team at our Finmere Mill in Buckinghamshire. Our fantastic team are ensuring that animal feed is manufactured and delivered across the country. The Mill is semi-automated and therefore the ability to use computers and be able to undertake the manual tasks such as handling 20kg bags of supplements are equally important.
The team work on a 4 on 4 off pattern rotating day and night shifts.

- Salary £29287 rising to £30423 after probation
- Location Allowance £2928 rising to £3042 after probation
- Unsociable hours premium of £2 per hour for all hours completed between 8pm – 6am
- Overtime undertaken on additional days is payable at 1.5 of basic rate
