The Gainsborough site processes spent hens, chickens and broiler breeders to meet the highest standards required by our customers and the RSPCA, so concern for bird welfare is central to everything we do.

Working within a chilled environment, we have opportunities to work within our butchery department where poultry products are cut, trimmed, weighed and packed. No prior knowledge or experience is required, as all training required for these positions will be provided.
Our highly skilled workforce is supported by onsite trainers.
Shift Pattern: Full Time, Monday to Friday, Day shifts
Salary: £26,659 - £27,522 per year after training. The rate of pay starts at £12.77 and after 3 months service colleagues are also eligible for a performance bonus with the potential to earn an additional £1.43 per hour. After training the rate of pay would increase to £13.18 in addition to the performance bonus.
