Key Responsibilities

• Operate egg grading and packing equipment safely and efficiently.

• Carry out quality checks to ensure eggs meet company and customer standards.

• Remove damaged, dirty or non-conforming eggs from production.

• Pack and label products accurately to specification.

• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and housekeeping.

• Follow all health and safety procedures and safe working practices.

• Support the achievement of daily production and performance targets.

• Complete production records and paperwork accurately when required.

• Report equipment faults, quality concerns and safety issues promptly.

• Assist with stock movement, palletising and product handling activities.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production area.

• Undertake additional duties as required to support operational needs.
