What are we looking for?

By the end of the program, you will be fully prepared to operate independently and take on the responsibilities of the job with confidence. We are currently recruiting a Class 1 HGV Driver to join our team on a day shift 4 on / 4 off rota. This is a hands‑on driving role involving collections from farm sites and deliveries to our packing centres. We offer steady work, a predictable rota, and guaranteed contractual hours every month.

About the Role:

  • Day shift work only
  • Collecting goods directly from farms
  • Some manual handling required
  • Drivers must be comfortable self‑loading and unloading using an electronic pallet truck
  • Ensuring safe, professional driving and compliance at all times

This is a practical, active driving role — ideal for someone who prefers variety and doesn’t mind getting involved beyond just driving from A to B.

What we are looking for:

  • Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) license - Newly Qualified or minimal experience
  • Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
  • Physically able and willing to carry out manual handling
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
  • Previous farm or hands‑on work experience beneficial but not essential
