Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (30 hours)

Salary: £12.77-£13.01 per hour

What are we looking for? A vacancy has arisen for a general administrator to cover admin duties at our site in Thornton Fife. Reporting to the General Manager and covering admin duties.

Roles Responsibilities: As part of this role the candidate will be required to:

  • Purchase Order Processing
  • Sales Order Processing
  • Reception duties
  • Maintain Notice Boards, ensuring they are kept up to date with relevant communications.
  • Filing
  • Stock Checks
  • Support all departments with Admin tasks
  • Note Taking

Skills and Experience: The ideal candidates will possess the following:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of working within an office environment would be an advantage
  • Computer literacy skills are essential with experience of using Microsoft Office
