Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday (17:30 - 02:00)
Hourly: £14.06
What are we looking for? We are seeking to recruit an energetic and motivated Production Operative to support our Evening Shift Production Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, processing, and packing products in line with required quality, safety, and customer standards. You will work as part of a team environment, taking ownership of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and ensuring all procedures are followed accurately and consistently.
Key Accountabilities:
- Packing products to machine
- Denester duties
- MR50 machine loading
- Bed end / line packing
- Print operative duties
- Operating MR12, MR30, MR40, and MR60 robotic equipment
- Pallet building (within the MR60 room)
- Programmer / checker responsibilities
- Melange duties
- Operation of trucks
- Shipper and box building
- Carrying out any other tasks as directed by Line Managers or Supervisors to support operational and business requirements
