To run the profitable operation of Watton Farm, Yorkshire. Working with the senior agriculture team and farm operatives to ensure that production targets, budget, key KPI's and retailer requirements are met. To ensure that the highest standards are maintained in stock husbandry, bird welfare and flock performance. To ensure that all eggs are collected, graded and packed efficiently in-line with industry standards and that second’s levels are maintained on or below targeted KPI’s. To ensure the highest site standards are maintained and the environmental policy is adhered to. Oversee and control staffing requirements for the site.
You will either be an established Assistant Farm Manager wanting to develop or an Area/Regional Manager wanting to be on a single site. This role involves manual handling, being and working outside, so you should have a reasonable level of fitness.
