Our Milling Business Unit is one of the largest animal feed compounders in the UK.
What are we looking for?
We are looking to recruit two Engineers to support our established, friendly team at our Finmere Mill in Buckinghamshire. Our fantastic team are ensuring that animal feed is manufactured and delivered across the country. In this role you will undertake preventative maintenance to ensure the smooth running of the Mill as well as respond to breakdowns. Candidates will need to have experience in mechanical machine maintenance. The team work on a 4 on 4 off pattern, providing out-of-hours cover for breakdowns on their days on.
What can we offer you?
- Salary £40,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience
- Location Allowance additional 10% of base salary
- Unsociable hours premium of £2 per hour for all hours completed between 8pm - 6am
- Guaranteed 3 hours pay for call outs that require site attendance
- Overtime undertaken on additional days is payable at 1.5 of basic rate
