Our Milling Business Unit is one of the largest animal feed compounders in the UK.
We are looking to recruit an Engineer to support our established, friendly team at our Finmere Mill in Buckinghamshire. Our fantastic team are ensuring that animal feed is manufactured and delivered across the country. In this role you will undertake preventative maintenance to ensure the smooth running of the Mill as well as respond to breakdowns. The team works on a 4 on 4 off pattern rotating days and nights.
What can we offer you?
- Salary £35,000 during probation, rising to £40,000
- Location Allowance £3,500 during probation, rising to £4,000
- Unsociable hours premium of £1 per hour for all hours completed between 8 pm – 6 am
- Overtime undertaken on additional days is payable at 1.5 of basic rate
