Noble Foods is a family‑owned company which began in 1920 and includes successful milling, poultry, agriculture, and consumer foods businesses. Within this, Noble Foods owns several successful brands, including the UK’s biggest free‑range egg brand the happy egg co., Big & Fresh and Purely Organic. Our Milling Business Unit is one of the largest animal feed compounders in the UK.

What are we looking for?

We are looking to recruit a new team of four Engineers for our Finmere Mill in Buckinghamshire. Our fantastic colleagues are ensuring that animal feed is manufactured and delivered across the country.

Responsibilities

In this role you will undertake preventative maintenance to ensure the smooth running of the Mill as well as respond to breakdowns during our shift. The team will work on a 4 on 4 off pattern rotating days and nights.

  • Salary £45,000
  • Location Allowance £4,500
  • Unsociable hours premium of £2 per hour for all hours completed between 8pm – 6am
  • Overtime undertaken on additional days is payable at 1.5 of basic rate
