We are seeking an organised and proactive Property Manager to join a boutique independent estate agency. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to oversee the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio, delivering a high level of service to both Landlords and Tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of properties
  • Conduct regular property inspections and prepare detailed reports where required
  • Arrange and oversee both reactive and planned maintenance works
  • Coordinate contractors and ensure works are completed efficiently and to a high standard
  • Act as the main point of contact for Tenants and Landlords maintaining strong professional relationships
  • Handle tenant enquiries and maintenance requests and property-related issues promptly
  • Oversee deposit returns in line with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme regulations
  • Monitor and maintain compliance documents
  • Gas Safety Certificates
  • EICRs
  • EPCs
  • Right to Rent checks
  • Smoke and carbon monoxide alarm compliance
  • Ensure compliance with HMO licensing requirements where applicable
  • Keep accurate property and tenancy records using Veco and Fixflo software

Working Hours

Monday – Thursday 9am – 6pm
Friday 9am – 5pm
One day, working from home available after the successful completion of probation period

Requirements

  • Previous experience in property management role is preferred
  • ARLA qualification would be advantageous
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage workload independently and prioritise effectively
  • Competitive salary based on previous experience
