About The Role
Community Care Assistant – Make a Real Impact!
- Key Information
- Important: Due to the personal care needs of our female clients, this role is open to female applicants only, as permitted under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010 (Genuine Occupational Requirement).
- Pay Rate: Up to £13.75 per hour
- Experience: No experience needed – full training + shadowing provided
- Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available
- Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)
- Mileage Options:
- Non-Mileage Rate: Higher hourly pay + claim mileage separately via HMRC
- Mileage Rate: Slightly lower pay + mileage paid through payroll
