About the Role

Community Care Assistant – Make a Real Impact!

  • Pay Rate: £14 per hour
  • Experience: No experience needed – full training + shadowing provided
  • Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available
  • Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)
  • Mileage Rate: Higher hourly pay, claim mileage separately via HMRC
  • Non-Mileage Rate: Slightly lower pay, mileage paid through payroll

Please note: Due to personal care needs of our female clients, this role is open to female applicants only, as permitted under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010 (Genuine Occupational Requirement).
