Your role

  • Write and post clear, engaging job adverts across multiple job boards.
  • Use our ATS (Eploy) to manage applications and keep candidate records accurate.
  • Screen CVs, shortlist applicants, and schedule interviews.
  • Support managers through the hiring process with timely updates and admin.
  • Process onboarding paperwork and ensure all compliance is met.
  • Keep our vacancies visible through simple recruitment marketing and social posts.
  • Coordinate virtual or on-site recruitment events and open days.

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience in recruitment administration, coordination, or high-volume hiring.
  • Confident using applicant tracking systems (Eploy experience is a plus).
  • Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and a friendly, professional approach.
  • Ability to work at pace while managing multiple deadlines.
