As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, or other complex care needs within a supported living environment.

- Provide personalised, person-centred care supporting independence, dignity, and daily living activities.
- Maintain accurate care records and uphold safeguarding, GDPR, and health & safety standards.
- Facilitate access to community, education, work, and leisure opportunities for individuals.
Key Information
- Pay Rate: £12.71/hour
- Shifts Available: 7 am-12 am (Days only)
- Location: We have 3 separate locations where you might need to cover. However, you would spend your whole shift at 1 location.
- Weekend Availability: Weekend working is required, offering flexibility for those who can work across the weekend.
- Working pattern: Every other weekend
- Roster: You will work on a two-week rolling rota, making it easy to plan ahead and enjoy a great work-life balance.

Requirements
- Willingness to travel across services (if required).
- A compassionate, patient and resilient approach to care.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a supported living or complex care setting.
- First Aid, Medication Administration, and Moving & Handling training (desirable).
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a caring and dependable nature.
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and their families.
- A genuine desire to improve the lives of those in your care.
- The right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available).
- Availability for evenings and weekends.
