We’re looking for an organised, detail-focused Recruitment Coordinator to support our busy talent acquisition function.
You’ll be the driving force behind posting vacancies, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for every new starter.
With the added bonus of managing our recruitment adverts and social media posts, you’ll help keep our opportunities visible and appealing to the right candidates.
Your role
- Write and post clear, engaging job adverts across multiple job boards.
- Use our ATS (Eploy) to manage applications and keep candidate records accurate.
- Screen CVs, shortlist applicants, and schedule interviews.
- Support managers through the hiring process with timely updates and admin.
- Process onboarding paperwork and ensure all compliance is met.
- Keep our vacancies visible through simple recruitment marketing and social posts.
- Coordinate virtual or on-site recruitment events and open days.
- What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in recruitment administration, coordination, or high-volume hiring.
- Confident using applicant tracking systems (Eploy experience is a plus).
- Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional approach.
- Ability to work at pace while managing multiple deadlines.
