£26,550 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £40,000+)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Convert showroom enquiries into high-value sales
  • Design kitchens that balance creativity and commercial value
  • Build strong customer relationships from start to finish
  • Manage your pipeline and follow up leads
  • Conduct home visits and identify upselling opportunities
  • Deliver against sales targets while protecting margin

  • Confidence in closing sales and influencing decisions
  • A strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
  • Great communication and organisation skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
