Reports to: Service Desk Manager
Location: Darlington
Hours: 40 hours, Fixed Term 6 month contract

As part of the Warranty team, you will handle product warranty enquiries, requests from both stores and customers. With a proactive, customer-focused mindset, you will use excellent organisational and communication skills to achieve successful resolutions. This role contributes to customer satisfaction and the continued improvement of brand reputation.

What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the product warranty process to be able to deliver clear and effective advice
- Provide guidance, advice, and support to both internal and external customers
- Respond to incoming telephone calls, emails, and written correspondence in line with agreed service level standards
- Ensure customers are kept informed and updated on the progress of their warranty requests and enquiries
- Accurately maintain and update systems, ensuring full traceability of warranty claims
- Analyse enquiries and warranty requests received by the department, providing feedback and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Build positive stakeholder relationships with customers and colleagues to support efficient issue resolution and a high standard of customer service
