As a Virtual Kitchen Sales Designer for Magnet, you’ll be the driving force behind an unforgettable customer experience. What you’ll be doing:

  • Engage customers over the telephone and virtual platforms, guiding them through the kitchen design and sales process
  • Understand individual customer needs, expectations and budgets to recommend tailored kitchen solutions
  • Maximise every sales opportunity and consistently work towards delivering or exceeding targets
  • Liaise directly with store colleagues to ensure successful end-to-end project management
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, handling queries professionally and efficiently

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills, particularly over the telephone and via virtual solutions
  • Experience working towards sales targets
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for going the extra mile
  • An eye for design, or the passion to develop one
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings is key to supporting our customers and providing the best experience. The hours will be rotated between 9:30am and 8:30pm.
