Magnet is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer for our Swansea showroom. You will own the customer journey from first showroom conversation to final installation, creating tailored kitchen designs while delivering an outstanding customer experience that builds trust and drives sales.
You will convert enquiries, design kitchens, manage pipelines, and conduct home visits to identify upselling opportunities while meeting sales targets and protecting margins.
