Starting salary: £30,000. Uncapped on‑target earnings of about £34,000. Commission and bonus scheme.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Based in one of our Magnet showrooms.

• Work closely with a fast‑paced, sales‑driven team to drive sales, meet targets and collaborate on projects.

• Support growth by driving process improvement, cost efficiencies and ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Lead change initiatives, ongoing projects, coach and support colleagues in training and development.

• Deliver excellent customer service, handling queries from showroom to installation and aftercare.

• Customer service and personable manner.
