As a Store Service Manager, you’ll play a key role in a busy, sales-focused team. You'll help drive sales, support colleagues through training and development, and contribute to exciting projects and improvements across the store. Working closely with customers from their first showroom visit through to installation and aftercare, you'll deliver excellent service, resolve any issues efficiently, and help ensure every customer enjoys a smooth and positive experience.
