Magnet is seeking IT Service Desk Technicians in Leeds to provide professional, responsive IT support across the business. You will be part of a six-strong team, handling incidents, requests and onboarding while expanding your technical skills in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll log issues, assist with password resets, asset management and documentation, delivering excellent customer service and contributing to a knowledge base. Monday to Saturday shifts with on‑call rotation are included.
