We are looking for an organised and proactive Installation Coordinator to support our Installation business across the Magnet Store network. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service by providing efficient administrative support to the wider installation team. You will be responsible for coordinating essential processes, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining high standards across all administrative tasks.

What you’ll be doing:
- Setting up new installers in SAP, including HMRC verification and issuing unique codes.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date installer records, ensuring compliance.
- Updating Trustmark records as needed.
- Removing installers following the correct process when required.
- Reviewing and verifying installer invoices for accuracy and supporting documentation.
- Processing invoices, raising purchase orders, and store documentation in line with procedures.
- Scheduling installer payments according to agreed terms.
- Handling invoice and payment queries, coordinating with installers and internal teams.
- Obtaining necessary approvals for bond releases and other sign-off items.
