We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded professional to join our established B2B category team, where you’ll play a key role in growing and strengthening a long-term strategic partnership with a major B2B customer. What you’ll be doing:
- Working closely with a major B2B customer to deepen and grow a long-term strategic partnership
- Supporting a significant transformation programme focused on streamlining processes and improving supply chain efficiency
- Managing day-to-day customer relationships, handling requests across supply chain, product setup, product information, and marketing support
- Analysing trading and performance data to identify trends, understand key drivers, and deliver actionable insights
- Leading and coordinating the end-to-end new product development process, supporting portfolio decisions to maximise profit and value sales
- Preparing and delivering confident, insight-led presentations for customer review meetings
- Building strong relationships with the store estate to capture on-the-ground insights that inform key business decisions
