💰 £26,538.49 base + uncapped commission (OTE circa £30,000+)
As a Trade Salesperson, you will play a key role in driving trade sales, building strong relationships with local tradespeople, and supporting the smooth running of our warehouse and stock management operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage stock, deliveries, and goods-in processes
- Maintain a safe, organised, and efficient warehouse
- Build strong relationships with trade customers
- Provide excellent customer service and tailored solutions
- Deliver against sales targets while protecting margin
- Work as part of a supportive team and develop your skills
Who we’re looking for:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and personable approach
- Eager to learn and develop product knowledge and design software where required
- A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to help
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
- Ability to manage and maintain stock effectively
- IT literate with strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends
- Open to undertake Forklift Truck Training if required
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
