What you’ll be doing: As an SAP Basis & Authorizations Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, security, and authorizations management of our SAP landscape. Your role will involve ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP systems, implementing, and maintaining robust security policies, managing user access and roles, and resolving technical issues. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless functioning of our SAP environment and support our business processes.

• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain SAP systems (ECC, BW, CRM, Enterprise Portal, PO, Solman, S/4HANA, BW4HANA).
• Manage HANA and Oracle databases.
• Monitor performance, tune systems, perform health checks, and handle transports and landscape changes.
• Oversee user access, authorizations, roles, and license allocation, ensuring security and compliance.
• Monitor logs and metrics, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve system issues and support SAP projects.
• Provide technical expertise, contribute to design, integration, upgrades, and patches.
• Maintain technical documentation and conduct training while staying updated on SAP trends.

Your skillset for performance:

• 4+ years of experience in SAP Basis & Authorization.
• Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, components, and administration.
• Familiarity with HANA and Oracle databases.
• Proficiency in SAP security, including role-based access, authorization objects, and user provisioning.
• Hands-on experience with SAP installations, upgrades, maintenance, and system refresh.
• Knowledge of SAP DR setup (optional).
• Familiarity with complex SAP landscapes (ECC, BW, CRM, Enterprise Portal, PO, Solman, S/4HANA, BW4HANA).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for SAP Basis and security issues.
• Basic SUSE skills for SAP system management.
• Understanding of SAP best practices, security, and compliance.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Valid residence permit in Lithuania.

The salary range is 3506 - 4744 € gross, depending on your experience and qualifications.
