What you’ll be doing

As an Inbound Call Advisor, you will ensure every customer receives helpful, smooth, and excellent service. You will offer guidance and support to all customers (internal and external) through online chat, emails, and calls. You\’ll communicate information accurately, clearly, and efficiently to customers and our wider store teams.

You will work to agreed service levels, ensuring all customers are responded to quickly and provided with exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for updating spreadsheets and providing feedback on enquiries with a view to implementing improvement actions. This role is crucial in ensuring our customers have the best experience possible.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a call centre environment is beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to show empathy and professionalism
  • Confidence in using IT systems and handling customer information
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people
