Join the CIE Team as a Certification Administrator
Location: Battersea, London | Full-time, Office-based (with occasional site visits)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Certification Administrator to enter the kitchen industry and become part of our dedicated team. This full-time, office-based role (Monday to Friday) also includes occasional travel to active construction sites.

What you’ll be doing

As Certification Administrator, you\’ll take the lead in managing all aspects of CIE’s industry certifications, health & safety compliance, and our Net Zero strategy. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and maintaining company accreditations and policy documentation.
  • Managing memberships with Constructionline, Achilles, CHAS, SMAS, Acclaim.
  • Preparing and maintaining documentation for ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
  • Coordinating monthly inspections and liaising with THSP, our external Health & Safety advisor.
  • Tracking sustainability data and supporting the implementation of our Net Zero plan.
  • Supporting the broader CIE team with general office tasks as needed.

Experience in Health & Safety compliance and accreditation management is highly desirable. Familiarity with ISO standards and sustainability reporting is also preferable. While construction industry or kitchen furniture knowledge is a plus, it’s not essential.

This role offers future development with the opportunity to train as a qualified Health & Safety Manager.
