The Role
We are expanding our commercial team in the UK and are looking for a driven sales professional to accelerate our growth in the senior living and healthcare sector. In this role, you will work closely with our existing Business Development Manager and the broader UK team to expand Nobi’s presence in the UK market. Together you will identify new opportunities, build strong relationships with key stakeholders and convert opportunities into impactful partnerships and sales. You will combine strategic opportunity development with hands‑on deal execution, helping care providers adopt technology that improves both resident safety and staff efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Commercial Growth in the UK
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UK care home, retirement living and healthcare sectors.
- Build and nurture relationships with decision‑makers across care home groups, healthcare organisations and partner networks.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Close commercial deals and contribute directly to UK revenue growth.
- Develop the Market
- Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging segments and new opportunities within the UK senior living and healthcare landscape.
- Represent Nobi at trade shows, industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen our market presence.
