The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
To take full responsibility of departments within a designated account, ensuring operational efficiencies, service levels, people management and weekly targets are met in line with the service level agreement. The role includes delivering continuous improvement opportunities across the departments systems and processes. In addition, maintaining and developing customer relationships and internal relationships with other departments across the site. Supporting the implementation of company standards across the site.
Working hours are:
- Work 1 weekend in 2
- 2 week repeating pattern
- Shift start and finish times are 0800-2000 for days
- 12 hour shift with 2 x 30 minute breaks
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Deliver employee engagement amongst the workforce and develop action plans accordingly in conjunction with CM
