This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, hard-working Operations Coordinator who has
experience Coordinating an Operation.
Role Responsibilities
• FCL & LCL Ocean Imports
• Strong Ocean import knowledge.
• Complete customs entries end to end.
• Arrange collections from suppliers and monitor to arrival port/customer door (depending on terms).
• Complete all functions of the shipment process as instructed by customers and management.
• Reply to all customer requests immediately and in accordance with our Minimum Service Standards.
• Provide world class customer service and follow our service standards and communications guidelines
to maximize customer satisfaction. You’ll be given full training on in-house computer system including
communication internal and external.
• Understand Minimum Service Standards.
• Flexibility at times may be required due to volumes.
