This role is within our eSolutions Team at our Egham Branch in Surrey on a 1 year fixed term contract. The successful candidate will possess good administrative skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment. This position requires good planning & organisational skills to prioritise daily requests and attention to detail. We work closely with parcel carriers such as DPD, Royal Mail, DHL, UPS etc.
Key Functions / Areas of Responsibility:
- Carrier invoices Reconciliation
- Issue invoices to customers
- Issue credit notes for parcels lost or damaged in transit
- Update carrier and customer rate cards
- Assist with creating customer rate cards for new customers based on agreed rates
- Update rate cards within the shipping platform
- Create/Update SOP’s relating to invoicing
- Review weekly/monthly statements
- Issue carrier quotes
- Internal reporting and Ad Hoc admin (scanning, filing etc.)
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 09:00hrs - 17:30hrs. This is an on-site role with no hybrid working.
