We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at Noatum Logistics. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our freight, Ecommerce, ISC (International Supply Chain), and core product portfolio through a consultative, value driven sales approach. You will develop your own pipeline, collaborate across commercial teams, and play a key role in expanding our presence across industries, modes, and geographies.

Key responsibilities:
  • Support the growth strategy for freight, Ecommerce, ISC, and core product set.
  • Update and maintain CRM systems with accurate pipeline information.
  • Lead new customer sales, onboarding, and seamless business integration whilst upselling services to existing customers to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Prospect and generate leads through targeted outreach.
  • Build long‑term customer relationships using marketing and business intelligence.
  • Prepare and present analytical data, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate and engage with senior internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.
  • Manage incoming enquiries across all communication channels to provide specialist support, often relating to complex customer scenarios.
  • Represent the company in trade, professional, and networking associations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer queries or complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
