The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 € per year.

To take full responsibility of departments within a designated account, ensuring operational efficiencies, service levels, people management and weekly targets are met in line with the service level agreement. The role includes delivering continuous improvement opportunities across the departments systems and processes. In addition, maintaining and developing customer relationships and internal relationships with other departments across the site. Supporting the implementation of company standards across the site.

Working hours are:

  • Work 1 weekend in 2
  • 2 week repeating pattern
  • Shift start and finish times are 0800-2000 for days
  • 12 hour shift with 2 x 30 minute breaks

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Deliver employee engagement amongst the workforce and develop action plans accordingly in conjunction with CM
  • Monitor compliance to Noatum Policies & Procedures, cascading new policies as launched
  • Develop strong working relationships with colleagues through daily contact and regular meetings
  • Deliver all forms of communication including briefs, management meetings, visual aids and performance boards
  • Deliver continuous performance management of the operational team, through 121 meetings & performance reviews
  • Develop a close working relationship with the internal stakeholders, delivering customer expectations in line with costs, service levels, measured by internal reporting and customer feedback
  • Deliver H&S standards so accident ratings are at target levels or below, collaborate with Health and Safety Shift manager on any safety concerns and maintain injury frequency rate for site
  • Manage the deployment of labour in line with volumes, ensuring all department deadlines are met and within cost
  • Develop a close working relationship with the Site Management team ensuring the teams contribution to departmental efficiencies, measured by daily/weekly/monthly team meetings
  • Responsible for effectively escalating departmental issues
  • Deliver continuous improvement methodologies into the departments as agreed with the CM, these must include as a minimum 5s workplace standards
  • Achieve budgeted levels of productivity for departments and adherence to all KPI’s and delivery of service levels as contractually agreed, take appropriate action if failing to do so
  • Through effective resource planning ensure departmental dashboard including operational/service objectives
  • Encourage the team to deliver continuous improvement initiatives for the site
  • Deliver compliance and governance to Health and Safety Legislation within the departments
  • Measure KPI performance through the use of daily/weekly productivity reports
