About the Role: We are looking for a HR Director expert on Transformation, Acquisitions & Integrations to join our dynamic People & Culture team at Noatum Logistics. In this role, you will lead the HR strategy and execution for transformation initiatives, M&A activities, cultural integration, operating model redesign, and workforce transitions, supporting our ambition to be one of the most relevant global logistics providers. This position will be based in Europe, and in addition to Barcelona (Spain), other locations where Noatum Logistics has offices within the region may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the cluster HR transformation agenda and ensure alignment with Corporate HR and the business strategy.
- Own the HR workstream for all M&A activity, covering due diligence, Day 1 readiness, and long-term people integration.
- Drive organisational design, operating model development, workforce transition planning, and cultural harmonisation.
- Design and implement change management strategies in partnership with Talent, Reward, Engagement, and regional HR teams.
- Lead or co-lead major cluster-wide transformation programs, including digital HR and structural redesigns.
- Manage transformation analytics, KPIs, workforce stability metrics, leadership alignment, and integration success indicators.
- Advise cluster executives on workforce strategy, organisational transformation, and people risk management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of HR experience, with strong exposure to transformation, M&A, organisational development, or HRBP roles.
- 5+ years leading complex, multi-country transformation or integration programs.
- Expertise in HR M&A, operating model design, change management, and cross-functional program governance.
- Strong project management skills (PROSCI, PMP, Agile certifications are highly valued).
- Experience influencing senior leaders in matrixed, global, fast-scaling environments.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
