Stock Administrator

You would be joining the inventory team whose main purpose is stock integrity

processes, in line with our customer requirements as well as completing administration

activities to support the operation. You will be hands on with inventory activities,

supporting team leaders, understanding inventory queries and correcting / maintaining

stock across the site. The admin activities will involve updating Blue Yonder, filing and

reporting.

Will be on a rotating shift pattern 6am – 2pm and 2pm – 10pm

Duties involved but not limited to are:

  • Complete stock integrity activities for several contracts
  • Optimising stock layout in line with client requests for core products and seasonal
  • lines
  • Ensuring PI plans are completed
  • Responding to customer queries by e-mail or phone in a timely manner
  • Provide audit documentation to Team Leaders against weekly/monthly schedules
  • Training and upskilling staff on shift
  • General filing

Skills and experience required:

  • Good communication and team-working skills
  • Warehouse & Stock Inventory experience
  • Administration experience, but not essential
  • Resilience
  • Enthusiasm
  • Microsoft office and WMS experience, but not essential
