About NOAT
NOAT is a venture-backed consumer brand on a mission to reduce tobacco-related harm through innovative, sustainable nicotine pouches. In 2024, we raised one of Europe’s largest consumer seed rounds, backed by leading VCs and global cultural figures. We are building a premium, design-led brand with an international footprint, driven by a strong point of view on craft, quality, and user experience. Brand matters to us. Every asset must feel intentional, considered, and fit naturally with the larger narrative of NOAT.
The role
We are hiring a Digital Growth Creative to lead creative development and execution across paid, organic, and social channels. This role sits at the intersection of brand, content, and performance. You will be responsible for shaping how NOAT shows up creatively in-market, ensuring the work is commercially effective while upholding and evolving the high aesthetic standards of our brand. This is a hands-on role with clear ownership. It is not a large-team leadership role initially, but it carries significant influence across the business.
What you will own
- Creative development and strategy
- Own creative development across paid and organic channels
- Translate brand guidelines into scalable creative systems
- Develop creative narratives, formats, and concepts that feel distinctly NOAT
- Maintain a consistently high bar for design, tone, pacing, and storytelling
- Performance creative
- Lead creative ideation and execution for paid media (primarily Meta and paid social)
- Develop and test hooks, angles, and formats while protecting brand integrity
- Work closely with digital and marketing teams to iterate based on performance
- Balance experimentation with consistency and polish
- Build creative that works within a restricted category — nicotine creative must be designed to pass platform ad review and stay compliant
- Short-form and social creative
- Own short-form content strategy and creative output across our organic channels (Instagram, YouTube)
- Define repeatable content formats and creative cadence
- Lead founder-led content where appropriate, alongside broader creative concepts
- Ensure paid and organic creative feel connected and coherent
- Execution
- Personally execute creative where needed, including filming and editing short-form content
- Be comfortable working hands-on with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop or similar.
- Collaborate efficiently with in-house designers to unblock output
- Move quickly without compromising brand standards
- Creative systems and collaboration
- Build a scalable creative engine that supports growth
- Maintain creative roadmaps, backlogs, and testing plans
- Work closely with our partnerships team to shape UGC and influencer content
- Adapt third-party content to meet brand and performance standards
- Create briefs, frameworks, and processes for future hires or freelancers
What this role is not
- Not solely a social media management or community role
- Not a pure brand role detached from performance
- Not an agency management role
- Not a large-team leadership role initially
This role is about high-quality creative that works.
Who we are looking for
You are likely:
- A creative at a premium DTC or consumer brand
- Genuinely plugged into online culture — you have instincts for what’s landing, what’s tired, and how brands earn attention and credibility in-feed
- Strong taste level with a clear point of view on design and storytelling
- Comfortable balancing brand discipline with commercial outcomes
- Confident working hands-on when required
- Clear, decisive, and comfortable owning creative decisions
- A track record of creative that performed — paid and organic work that moved real metrics, not just looked good
- Experience in a regulated or restricted category (nicotine, alcohol, gambling) is a strong plus — you can make standout work within strict rules
- You care deeply about how things look and feel, and you understand the commercial role creative plays in growth.
We care more about the work than years on a CV — this could be a step up for an exceptional early-career creative, or a high-ownership seat for someone more experienced.
Reporting line
This role reports directly to the Head of Digital. You will work closely with:
- Digital and marketing
- Brand and design
- Partnerships and creators
- Founders
You will have clear ownership and accountability.
Why this role matters
This role will define:
- How NOAT shows up creatively across channels
- The balance between brand and performance
- The pace and consistency of creative output
If successful, this role becomes a core part of NOAT’s growth engine.
What good looks like in the first 90 days
In the first 90 days, you will have:
- A steady, testable flow of paid creative live on Meta — with early gains in the metrics creative controls: thumb-stop rate, hook rate, CTR, and CPA
- An organic and social presence that feels deliberate and on-brand, running to a consistent cadence — no longer an afterthought
- A repeatable creative system — briefs, formats, and a backlog — so output doesn’t depend on any single person
What we offer
We know the best people have options — here’s what we put behind this role:
- A competitive salary
- Genuine upside as we grow — this role is the seed of NOAT’s creative function, with room to grow into a leadership seat as the team scales
- Remote and UK-based, with high autonomy and direct access to the founders
How to apply
Apply at [website] and tell us, briefly:
- Why this role — and why NOAT
- One brand whose culture you admire, and why (a couple of lines)
- 3–5 pieces of work you’re proud of — paid, organic, or both (portfolio, reel, or links)
We assess on the work, so applications without samples won’t be reviewed.
