The predicted salary is between 500 - 1500 £ per month.

This is a one day a week voluntary position lasting 6 months working from 8am until 5pm.

  • Alexandrine Parakeet

  • Guinea Fowl
  • Chickens
  • Various Waterfowl
  • Emus
  • Tortoises: Aldabra, Leopard, Sulcata, and Red Footed
  • Beaded Lizards
  • Leopard Gecko
  • Tokay Geckos
  • Box Turtles
  • Bredls Python

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with daily cleaning.
  • Food preparation.
  • Creating and providing enrichment.
  • Assisting with basic health checks.
  • Assisting with enclosure maintenance checks.
  • Helping with crowd control and set up of daily Bird of Prey Displays (there may be an opportunity to take part with flying birds, but this is not guaranteed).

We welcome applications from candidates with a keen interest in animal husbandry and conservation. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate that they are team orientated, hardworking, proactive, and positive in their attitude to all tasks.
